Description
If you’re a governor at a maintained school or trustee of a standalone academy, this course is for you. Hopefully, you will be aware that the responsibility for data protection is collective. Even if you’re lucky enough to have a data protection expert on your board, everyone needs a strong baseline knowledge of the school’s data protection duties, alongside what the rules introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 mean to your setting.
